Hello there! First, let me say that I’m thrilled you found us!

I’m Maria, the owner of BBLB. And now that you’re here, you probably already know that BBLB stands for Big Bear Little Bear. The name and our BBLBcreations Etsy shop were first created in 2020. A collaboration effort between my then-teenage daughter (Vivian, now in her early 20s) and myself to help bring more love and joy to the world when it was being asked for the most.

The inspiration behind the name comes from the stars in the Ursa Major and Ursa Minor constellations. These constellations represent the awe, wonder, and blessings from the universe that can be felt when gazing into a clear star-filled night sky above.

Our creations are unique and one-of-a-kind, intuitively handmade for you with an abundance of love and light that we hope will leave you (or anyone they are gifted to) feeling surrounded by positive energy and a bit of feel-good magic when needed.

Not only are they handmade blessings of abundance fully charged with selenite before they are on their way to you, but 10% of every BBLB purchase will go to a charitable organization of your choice (or ours if you happen to purchase any series pieces designed with specific charitable organizations in mind).

Why, you ask? My goal at the beginning of the BBLB brand was to find a way to give back to our community while staying afloat financially and invest in something I’ve always felt was magical: gems, minerals, and crystals! I believe it’s so important to do the most we can for one another within all of the small parts we all play in such a big world.

Why only 10%? BBLB is a passion project, and high-quality crystals aren’t cheap! Yet we still want to give you the best bang for your buck while spreading love and magic as far and wide as possible.
